As a personal trainer, I am often asked about supplements. And in the past, I was really hesitant to try them because of the intense list of ingredients. But, I wanted to share my most recent experience with you all. Here’s the deal, I am absolutely for using supplements that are going to AID in my fitness and health journey. But when I see a crap ton of ingredients, I am not likely to use that item on a regular basis.
If you have been following me for a while, you know I’m a trainer + beachbody coach, and I only use a few of those supplements regularly. But BeFit gave me the opportunity to review a package of supplements for the last month.* And there’s some exciting news for YOU so make sure you read to the end!
For the last 30 days I have been using and reviewing the #BeFitAllYear campaign. The 30 Day Fat Burn runs almost like a challenge. There is an introduction video that is only a minute and a half here that explains how the challenge works and what it will look like. Trainers Astrid and Danielle explain what the benefits of the program will achieve as well as how the workouts function. BeFit also provides a 30 day workout calendar so you know what workouts to complete and when! This makes it easy to follow and they switch up the types of workouts you are doing every day! They also created a video playlist so you can easily find your workouts in one spot.
Now, I really love how easy Be Fit made this program. And when I say easy, I don’t mean the workouts…more of that in a second. It’s easy to follow. And because all of the workouts and the playlist are online, you can access them anywhere. In our world and lifestyle today, that is essential to being able to stay consistent with our lifestyle.
The second thing that I LOVE about this program, is the length of the workouts. I think the longest one is like 15 minutes…FIFTEEEN! And guess what? I was definitely feeling those workouts the next day. We live in a society where we don’t have time. I GET IT! But, we all have 10-15 minutes a day to get active. We can MAKE 15 minutes to get moving. And those 15 minutes will be worthwhile because these are smart workouts. They are dynamic and combination moves that get results. Trust me. I was injured during this month, so I had to modify some of the moves (which they provide in the videos) but I still felt sore after. My body was feeling the challenge. And you can too!
The other aspect of this 30 day challenge is the supplements. Like I said above, I am very cautious when it comes to supplements because some of them are so processed and full of unnatural ingredients..and I’m not a fan of that. But with the BeFit supplements, they are simple ingredients and are safe.
After 30 days, I am excited to say that I really enjoyed the BeFit supplements. I tried the vanilla protein powder (I’m much more of a chocolate girl) but it was really nice to be able to mix my protein up in smoothies. The vanilla is strong (for me at least) but it doesn’t taste like chalk or powder at all, which is a huge plus. I mixed it up with some berries, almond milk, and spinach for a quick and yummy post workout meal!
The BeFit pre workout was amazingly good. I am pretty new to preworkout. I started using it for the first time after this past Christmas and I have to say I am obsessed with it! Pre workout is like adult kool aid (it’s fruity, yummy, and gices you energy). The BeFit preworkout is fruit punch flavor. It’s sweet and subtle, but not too strong! And it doesn’t make you jittery, which is a requirement for my personal supplement use! My only dislike of the preworkout was that I was getting headaches when I was using it. I may have an allergy to one of the ingredients, or the headaches could have come from something else I was eating (who knows with all of my allergies). But I definitely loved the energy I was getting during my workouts.
The last supplement from the #BeFitAllYear campaign was the burn pill! It’s designed to burn fat and get your metabolism going. And you guys, I am in LOVE with it! I have some metabolism issues from having hypothyroidism. So, using proper nutrition and exercise methods in my life is a must. But when life happens, like this most recent injury, it can make my metabolism and hormones slow down and act crazy. Which is why I really enjoyed the Burn Supplement from BeFit. Honestly, I just noticed a difference. I felt like my metabolism had sped up a little, I was processing food better, and I was staying lean! I didn’t notice a ton of weight loss (mostly because that’s not my personal fitness goal right now) but my body looked lean and stronger after just a few days! I will most definitely look into purchasing more of BeFit’s burn supplement in the future!
Overall, I was really impressed with the BeFit 30 day challenge. The workouts are unique and time effective, the supplements are yummy and natural, and I felt good doing the challenge! What more could you want? So, I have some exciting news for you all…
